Introduction: The ECHO (Employee Coordination & Handling of Operations) mobile app is designed to facilitate the daily activities of staff members in an educational institution, including academic tasks, attendance management, leave requests, and payroll-related activities.


Basic Features:


Employee Registration:
Employees from the educational institute are required to register and verify their identity through a one-time password (OTP) sent to their registered mobile number.

Employee Login PIN Generation:
Employees are given the option to create a 4-digit PIN to ensure the privacy and security of their accounts within the application.

Dashboard:
The dashboard provides employees with a consolidated view of essential information, making it convenient to access key data at a glance.

Academic:


Lesson Plan:
Teaching staff can update specific academic lessons, including objectives, activities, and assessment methods.

Mark Attendance:
Teaching staff can record student attendance for daily lectures, along with the option to indicate whether the lecture was conducted or not.

Set Extra Lectures:
Teaching staff can schedule additional lectures by specifying the date, time slots, and venue.

Schedule:
Teaching staff can access their own schedules or timetables based on the academic session and semester type.

Academic Report:
Teaching staff can view reports related to student attendance and syllabus progress. They can also access subject-wise data for lectures with unlocked attendance and monitor the status of planned, covered, and remaining topics in the syllabus.


HR:


Leave:
Employees can apply for leaves, allocate alternate arrangements, and access their leave summary and leave register. The leave summary provides a historical record of leave applications and their current statuses.

Biometric:
Employees can view their biometric punch timestamps within a specified date range.

Perks:
Employees can access their monthly salary slips and an annual salary register.

D-Wallet:
Employees have the option to upload essential documents for verification purposes and download the verified documents.
